Creative Chefs Dining Services' live demonstration cooking program brings the Chef out of the kitchen and into the dining room to prepare a special FEATURED item to order. Residents and their guests will marvel at the culinary expertise of your staff.

This will enable your staff to interact with and develop relationships with your residents. Dining Service revenues are enhanced as family, friends and staff gravitate to your dining room when this Program is featured.

Items can be as simple as Bananas Flambé’ for dessert to a composed Mexican Shrimp Salad as a luncheon entree. Use one of our Standard Recipes, search our HUGE recipe files for something special, or use one of your old favorites.
