Gabriel
A. Nicoletti, owner of Creative Chefs.com
and Director of Food Service at Redwood Town Court has been creating
innovative Mediterranean Italian Cuisine for more than
30 years.
Born
in Italy, he began his career as a busboy in a local beach
restaurant in Lido di Roma. He worked throughout Europe
and his love for cooking quickly brought him to the United
States in his early 20's. He began working in Los Angeles
for Via Veneto café. He lived in Jamaica, where
he was the Executive Chef and co-owner of Casa Blanca
restaurant & supper club, Little Italy restaurant,
the Pirates Pearch's and the Deep restaurant.
After
many years of living abroad Chef Gabriele moved back to
North America and he co-owned Zero Italian cuisine in
Toronto, Canada. He also worked in New York as Manager/Chef
of Café Trilussa.
In
1972 he received a Certificate in Tax Analysis in Italy
and in 1986 he received his Associates Degree in Hotel
and Restaurant Management in the USA. Throughout his many
years of training he published a guide in Food and Beverage
Management which was used at Duff's Business College for
their F. & B. workshops.
Chef
Gabriel A. Nicoletti is a Certified
Master Chef and member of the National Professional Italian
Association of Chefs, and Certified
Executive Chef with The American Culinary Federation.
His
love for the Culinary Art began at a very young age and
has followed him throughout his life. His premise for
good food is that each ingredient is unique and should
have it's own place in a dish...
